Transforming Outdoor Spaces

The Lennar Artisan project stands as one of the largest undertakings in our history and a true milestone in our commercial work. Partnering with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, Lennar Homes, we were awarded the opportunity to install all driveways and parking areas for a new townhome community.

Over the course of eighteen months, our team successfully installed more than 67,000 square feet of pavers, all designed with a permeable application to meet durability and drainage requirements. The system included 6” #4 stone and 4” #57 stone for the base, with up to two inches of #89 stone as bedding. For the surface, we used Belgard Aqualine 4.5” x 9” pavers, featuring the Avondale color on the driveways and Gray-Granite in the community parking areas.

This large-scale project not only demonstrates our ability to manage and execute commercial work at the highest level, but it also reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, precision, and lasting partnerships. Our team transformed the Beacon Bluff community courtyard into a welcoming and functional outdoor space. The project features elegant stone paver walkways laid in a herringbone and linear pattern, accented with lush artificial turf for year-round greenery and low maintenance. The new design creates flowing pathways, open gathering areas, and modern landscaping that enhances both beauty and usability.

The Metzger Driveway was one of our first large-scale projects using Techo-Bloc, a leading manufacturer of premium pavers. This installation featured face-mix pavers, which are crafted with a top layer of finer aggregates during the manufacturing process. The result is a smoother, cleaner surface with rich, consistent color that maintains its beauty even as it weathers over time.
At just under 7,000 square feet, this driveway is massive in scale and demonstrates the long-term value of pavers compared to traditional concrete.

While the upfront cost of pavers is higher, they offer unmatched longevity and easier repairs. Unlike concrete, which cracks and requires large-scale replacements, pavers can be lifted, re-leveled, or individually replaced with no visible patchwork.

Located in the heart of Monroe, this project revitalized a well-traveled downtown space with a new paver pad designed for both durability and charm. The installation features classic brick-style pavers that blend seamlessly with the historic character of the area, while providing a safe and functional surface for pedestrians and community events.

By upgrading this space, the project not only improved walkability but also enhanced the overall aesthetic of downtown Monroe, creating a welcoming area that reflects the city’s heritage while meeting today’s standards for quality and longevity.

The Tracey Bei Outdoor Living project is one of the most inviting and well-rounded spaces we’ve created, designed to give the entire family a reason to enjoy the outdoors. This project brings together multiple elements of hardscape design to deliver both functionality and comfort.

The outdoor kitchen and grill area provide the perfect space for hosting family and friends, while the cozy fireplace invites kids and adults alike to gather, roast marshmallows, and share stories late into the evening. Custom landscape lighting extends the enjoyment well into the night, creating an atmosphere ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing.

This project also showcases the extensive use of Belgard Elements, a premium product line that includes prebuilt fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and lighting solutions.
